starting today, I’ll be keeping track of caffien differently; more precisely: one shot of espresso or one 8-once coffee will now equal one “caffinated drink.” Previously, the number of caffinated drinks did not account for differences in size or quantity of caffiene. Expect a significant increase in this number in future days due to this change.
