Felt much better after a good night’s sleep (and no drinking the night before, concept on that one!). Got up & had a great cardio workout – finished my book, Snow Crash – yay! Was way more productive at work and finished uploading/naming all my photos from the parties earlier in the week. Around 7 I went to Lyne’s bday dinner & drinkies, but was pretty partied out. Home by 12.

holy moly – ok, crazy partyin went down on tuesday night. slept in a bit and didn’t get as much work done as I needed to before having to jet out to bamboozled at 5… had a good meeting & then went to kristin’s bday thing… then to lazlo for a party where despite having partied the previous 2 nights, managed to tie one on again! life is one big party this week!!

Somehow got up & went to the gym – had a great cardio workout. Didn’t get as much work done as I would have liked, as I was mostly playing catch up reading & responding to emails from my being away for a couple days. Brian came & got me around 6:15 or so & we hit 111 Minna’s Sketch Tuesdays for happy hour. Met up w/ Darren, Helly & then headed over to Muse! Crazy fun night w/ a great afterparty at Helly & Ash’s. Possibly TOO much fun for a school night. :)

Had breakfast w/ Mom & sis before driving down to Denver to catch my flight. Made it to return the rental JUST in time, and skated in probably right before the check in cut off time. phew! Flight went off w/o a hitch – Hez picked me up, yay! Came home, snuggled kitty, had dinner & headed out to the Submarines show @ du Nord. The best part was reuniting w/ my peeps! We hit Lucky 13’s afterwards & made a night of it. SO FUN!

Mom made another yummy breakfast & then her & I left Haylie at home while we went & rented me a bike and took a great ride through town on their bike path. SO NICE!! It was super hot all weekend – beautiful! Great little workout & time w/ Mom. We went back home, showered, grabbed Haylie & went downtown to the Rio Grande for lunch & margs (for Mom & I). Played Oodles of Doodles game @ the table, and went over to the bookstore to play some more after lunch. Took a nice walk by the river before climbing back in the car & heading to the video store. Watched Failure to Launch & had a small salad back at Mom’s. Another relaxing day w/ my Momma & sis.

My Mom, Haylie & I all got up & around, ate breakfast and then headed out for a picnic/hike up to Lake Dinosaur! The drive was bumpy, but beautiful and we got lost a few times & had to backtrack before finally finding it. The hike was short, and the worst part was unf. by the time we got there we were absolutely ATTACKED by mosquitos, so we pretty much had to turn around & hike back – and we just had our picnic in the car. haha! I seriously have 12 bites – and I even had spray on! evil little fuckers. We drove home, took the dogs for a walk & got cleaned up. Ate dinner Cottonwood Grill (pretty overpriced!), drinks & then headed to the Pirates of the Caribbean movie their new theatre. I loved it!!

oy, getting up was hard after a night on the town w/ Drew! We had a BLAST. But alas, I did get up – got ready & hit the road to drive up to Steamboat, where I’m staying for the weekend w/ my Mom & lil’ sis! The drive was SO beautiful that I didn’t mind it one bit. I arrived around 3 & we decided to go walk around downtown – which led to what us girls do best: SHOPPING. :) We stopped for an ice cream @ Lyon’s Drugs Soda Fountain and then shopped some more. We were going to go to a movie, but we were feeling rushed so my Momma made us a yummy salmon dinner (my favorite!) and then we sat on the porch sipping wine for a bit before settling in to watch a movie: Meet the Fockers. funny. in bed by 12 – I needed it – I was exhausted!

Got up around 8, finished a few last minute things & then Super Shuttle arrived to whisk me off to SFO! My flight & picking up the rental went smooth – I ate a quick chicken salad & then headed over to Michelle’s where I got to hang out w/ her & her 14mo. old little boy – so cute! Then I cruised down to Drew’s & got to spend a little time w/ him, his wife JaNae & their little girl, Sydney who’s already 6! She’s getting so big! Drew & I then went out for dinner and consumed MANY MANY drinks…. closing down the 2nd place we went, meeting some random people & then continuing to stay up & talk till about 4 in the morning. oy! Waking up at 9 wasn’t easy on either of us – well he had to wake up at like 7. I think we were still drunk! hah. SUCH a GREAT night with a dear old friend… we’ve known each other 29 years! xoxo

Hit the gym on my own & did 25 mins of cardio legs abs/stretching. Ran a few errands & came home/made breakfast/got to work! Was productive & then head out at 5pm to BAM. Came home & packed for my trip!

Got up early & went straight to work. Got a ton done & hit the gym w/ my neighbor around 3pm. Had a great cardio + arms workout. Came home & worked some more (awesome productive day) and then Brian came over around 8:30. We went to the Public for dinner, which is totally my new favorite restaurant! Super yummy food & wine… and we had a much needed, really great talk. Back here for more wine & making out… aww yaaa. :)

Holy productive day!! After sleeping in (because I ended up staying up till like 4am organizing photos & such – jeeshk!), I cleaned & organized my house like a madwoman! We’re talking refolded all my clothes, cleaned out the pantry, threw stuff out, etc. RAD. feels good! Talked to a few friends on the phone, which helped me keep busy and multitask while catching up with them. woohoo!

Got up & made breakfast/coffee, started uploading my gazillion photos & then hopped out the door to a hair apt. Always good to see my awesome hair guy, Paul. It was BEAUTIFUL out, so I went down & had a yummy salad @ the Dolores Park Cafe, and then went downtown to return a few things I’d bought last weekend, pick up some others, etc. Came home & had just enough time to name most of the photos before flying out the door again for “Finner!” and then to the Tilly & the Wall show w/ Ryan & Ali.
