Stayed up way too late in the night just to get a head start of work. Got to bed ‘round 3.30 AM and had been staring at my laptop for 12 hours straight. Clearly, this is not beneficial for me the next day, because:
1. Looking at that screen till late at night makes my head and eyes spin a gives me headache tendencies
2. I cannot get up on time next day, and I feel really busted when I do…
3. It’s not really that productive at all…
Consequently, I need to replace my laptop with a book and just give my head some needed rest from at least 09.00 pm and forwards… and preferably earlier!
