A busy kind of day… shopping, finally picked up my contact lens, got my hair done. Bad movie night with friends and a bottle of wine. I also ran a faster mile than ever before, so that somewhat counteracted the wine, healthwise… I think.

Great day – went to the gym & did arms, and then came home & was very productive at work. Around 6:30 I left for Santa Cruz to go hang out w/ my brother & his gf at their new place. Many drinks were had!
