I am all the over the place…I could have put my morale as three or just as easily, nine. Wow! this is exhausting, no wonder I slept ten hours.

My morale was genuinely good today! I had something of an epiphany and don’t expect the backlash to start for a couple of days so today- great! I have also had 4 of the best nights of sleep that I have had in years…that probably helps!
