Melissa began spraying as I worked on the trim and siding. Highly frustrating trying to find studs and not split the boards. Got a lot done though. After cleaning-up and a bit of garage organization we went out to Pappa Deux for dinner which was nice. BSG before bed.

More prep work. Went into Boulder to get paint, grill, etc. Also found a great file cabinet. Bill was waiting for us when we got back. We destroyed the front-deck thing, and got some siding and trim work done. Casey came by and we grilled burgers and Salmon. After Bill left we went to see Into the Wild which was a great state-inducing movie.

Good day. Portal is being read etc… Community meeting was heated with new ideas etc. Celebration Lunch with Beer made the rest of the afternoon go smoothly. Went down to Denver to meet folks for Keith’s b-day, but didn’t get to see Keith before heading over to the roda. More prep-work on the house up to the point where I had to join the practice group at red hill. It was amazing; I was incredibly resistant but it went great and there’s so much potential. it went longer than expected and Melissa was quite upset with me, but life behaves paradoxically at times… for a reason.

Garage repair man was late, but he did a great job tuning the door and works now. Good issues arising at work related to groups. Cleaned-up email. Went to hospital to check the boys… of course they sent a cute girl to give me an ultra-sound down there; all good though. Fell asleep while folding clothes and watching Lebowski.

Nice morning with coffee… then to the office for manic tensions, almost to the point of blinding anxiety. A few breaths brought me down to a hyper-productive charge that carried me through the day. Capoeira in Boulder was nice… ending the day with BSG and burrito was just right as well.
