Despues del peor sabado que he vivido ultimamente. Todo estaba mal. Estoy muy cansado y me cuesta trabajo moverme asi. No puedo pensar, indesicion. Olga me receto algo para dormir, para la depresion, asi me avente casi 11 hrs dormido. No recuerdo cuando dormi tanto. Voy a empezar una vida de dia.

Me dormi tarde y en consecuencia me desperte tarde tarde. Mi energia era nula por la mañana y en el trabajo me cuesta trabajo concentrarme. Me erizo con cualquier cosa. No puedo hacer mas de una cosa a la vez. De regreso a mi casa a las 5 me dormi un rato.

Por ahi de las 8 me empece a deprimir y a las 10 pm sali a andar en bici. De regreso un baño y ahora estoy mejor.

Mi enrgia en la mañana esta muy baja. Sera por que no he comidi nada. Estuve con los hermanos Garcia todo el dia y jugamos Rockband hasta las 5 am. Muy divertido, pero muy cansado. Tengo ampollas de estar tocando la bateria. Mucho Vodka.

Hoy mi energia estuvo mejor que nunca. Creo que lo que yo necesito es dormir de 5 a 6 hrs. Mas tiempo me produce pesadez durante el dia. Estuve tranquilo durante el dia y eso que no hice siesta a las cuatro.

Me desperte bien despues de la noche de vino con Fernando pero al avanzar el dia me fui deprimiendo y deprimiendo y deprimiendo. Ya para la noche estaba angustiado por la filmacion del Jueves. Es mi “debut” y pensaba que no podria conciliar el sueño. Al final me tome un té y no fume antes de dormir y todo fue bien.

Es obvio que lo mio es un problema de cansancio y esto se relaciona con mi depresion. Hoy, despues de tres dias de “descanso” estoy muy bien. Todos los dias regreso a casa a tomar siestas, me hace bien.

Hoy cene con Fernando, muy tranquilos con unas botellitas de vino y atun. Me siento crudo al otro dia pero manejable. Contento.

En dias como este me gustarian dos cosas: que me la pudiera pasar dormido o que la luz del sol este ahi para unas 10 horas mas; la noche me espera escondida, amenasante. Mi snesacion de vacio y soledad es exagerada y no logro estar conmigo.
