tough day, coming down from weekend with boys is always hard, cried a couple times today, it comes in waves but stayed today

Starting to see a little light with talking to her about the divorce. I know we can work it out to be the best thing for our children. Tonight we talk again, moving forward, making progress. Have a cold for a week now, need to kick it

We are going to split up holidays tonight, my job is telling me I need to travel again, i worry she will hold this against me in custody when it’s not an issue. I am working hard to keep moving forward on the divorce, keep breathing and focus on my kids

good talk with her about the kids and custody, feeling a little better about things but still weary until we get to a conclusion. I need to let go, move on, I will not let this effect my ability to be a great father.

good day with the boys, book store, park and hanging out, she came home early, buzz kill

went to red rock but the boys were tired, colds catching up with them so we went home early and chilled out. I was good to see them relax and good to love on them
