Woke up & did a great cardio/arms workout… then worked my butt off all day & late into the night & got a ton done! Kicked some stuff off my to do list that had been there for so long, so that felt great! woohoo!

All day at Ockley in the miserable heat with no a/c. Went to get sushi, and sat outside until it cooled off marginally and drank scotch and wine. Then, the rest of the night was grand… except the trying to sleep in the heat part.
