D’s grandfather passed away to cancer today. Wisch’s father was diagnosed with acute cancer. rough day but I know how it feels… I lost my mother the same way

gotta cut down on caffeine at some point. I ran a solid 1.3 miles with my lungs holding out but my legs were torched. We’ll see how I do wednesday if my legs can recover fast enough
