Slept-in, had an appointment with my surgeon re: my knee. I was able to schedule the surgery for next week which was a pleasant surprise. Made it into work for a couple meetings and then down to Capoeira with Melissa and Colt. Good AP session re: people giving themselves questionable credentials.
