Crazy day as we flew the patient from Toronto to London, UK via Goose Bay and Iceland… Ended the night wiht some good food and some good pints, in British Style. No idea where I am off to in the morning.

What a crazy day… showed up at the airport at 4:30am, while my body still thought it was 1:30am and the flight had been delayed.. then there was a mechanical problem, then the patient was too unstable…
