Ok appt. left me feeling somewhat down. Continued to prep. house for guest. Took an eve. walk. Felt really bad after and very depressed. Felt much better after staying up way too late watching Planet Earth.

Crazy day: Physical therapy, apmt hunting, book shopping, all while hopping around on painful crutches. Made it to project update meeting and then down to the airport for the flight. Spent the night at Steph and Randy’s and looked at scrap-books.
